US ARMY M-40 데님 트라우저는?

이전 모델인 M-35 데님 트라우저의 후속모델로 1940년 지급된 M-40 데님 트라우저는  M-35 데님 트라우저보다 많은 디테일의 변경이 있는 트라우저 입니다. 

이차세계대전당시 유틸리티 웨어로 셋업으로 착용할수 있도록 M-40 데님 워크 커버올 자켓, 그리고 벙거지모자가 같이 제작되었습니다. 

US ARMY M-40 데님 트라우저의 특징

해링본 트윌원단이 등장후 M-42 HBT팬츠가 등장하기 이전까지 착용되었으며 후속 모델로 M-41 데님 트라우저도 존재합니다.

그렇지만 이미 지급된 모델이기에 M-42 HBT팬츠의 등장 후에도 각 부대별로 착용되기도 했습니다.

M-35 데님 트라우저가 패치포켓으로 베이커팬츠와 비슷한 형태의 포켓으로 만들어 졌다면 이번 M-40 데님 트라우저의 전면의 포켓은 치노팬츠와 비슷한 디테일의 포켓으로 만들어 졌습니다.

후면은 신치백이 없어지고 백포켓만 부착되어 있습니다.

지급시에는 롤업이 되어 있지 않은 상태로 지급되었다고 알려져 있습니다.
